Maximum rates: If actual shipping is cheaper, the charge is reduced to actual shipping plus a €5 handling fee, capped at the displayed maximum. We will not increase the displayed maximum without new customer approval. All rates are net; applicable VAT may be added. Separate USD tariffs still need to be established. “Express Saver” denotes the intended service, not a guaranteed transit time.
Shipping and dispatch
Only confirmed destinations are served. Working-day lead times on product pages denote estimated dispatch readiness; transit time is additional. A displayed stock number does not reserve goods.
Cross-border deliveries
Import VAT, customs duties and clearance charges may arise. To be defined before launch: carrier, import responsibilities/Incoterms, restrictions and insurance.
Payment
After explicit order confirmation, an invoice is issued. Bank transfer in advance or a separate PayPal payment request is envisaged. No card or account payment data is collected during checkout.
Tax
German VAT is generally 19% on taxable domestic sales. Rules and evidence for EU consumers, EU businesses and exports depend on the circumstances. A non-German delivery address does not automatically mean zero VAT.
